From your first message to your loved one’s first visit — we make it easy.
Contact us by phone, email, or the form on our website. Tell us a little about your loved one and what you’re looking for.
We’ll have a friendly chat to understand your loved one’s personality, interests, and needs — so we can match them with the right companion.
We agree a schedule and your companion visits — whether that’s at a care home or at your loved one’s home. You’ll receive a full report after the very first session.
After every visit, your written report arrives. You’re always in the loop — no wondering, no worrying.
No. While care home visits are our primary focus, we also provide companionship visits to elderly people living in their own homes. Whether your loved one is in a care home or at home, we can help.
Yes. Care homes provide essential care but are often too stretched to provide meaningful one-to-one time. Our companions are dedicated solely to your loved one for the duration of the visit — focused entirely on their wellbeing and happiness.
Our companion arrives at your loved one’s home, spends quality time with them — conversation, activities, a walk, music, games — and then sends you a full written report. It’s the same warm, personal service as our care home visits, just in a different setting.
Absolutely. Every companion holds an enhanced DBS certificate, safeguarding training, and public liability insurance. We vet all companions carefully before they visit anyone.

Absolutely. We encourage it. We want your loved one and your family to feel comfortable before the first visit — whether it’s at home or in a care home.
We are based in London and currently cover care homes and home visits across the UK. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, get in touch and we’ll let you know.
In most cases, yes. We work alongside care homes — we’re not there to interfere with their care, we’re there to supplement it. We always follow the home’s visitor policies and sign-in procedures. If there are any access issues, we handle them on your behalf.
Reports are sent by email after every visit. We can also send a photo update via WhatsApp if you have given written consent for photos to be taken.
Just let us know. We’ll reassign a different companion — no awkwardness, no fuss. Getting the right match matters to us.
Yes. We ask for 14 days’ written notice to cancel the service. Individual visits can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Yes — and it’s one of the most important things we do. Our companions are trained in communicating with people living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions. We understand that every person is different, and we take the time to understand what works for your loved one — at home or in a care setting.
